BOARD MEETING NOTES

Attending: Aaron Lopez, Catherine Norwood, Dan Portwood, Ron Steed, Shelley Williams, Paul Beard & Stephanie Ault
Absent: None
BUSINESS:
1. Minutes from October 2019 meeting were reviewed and approved unanimously.

2. Review of financial statements/cash flows.

Approved: Unanimously
$85,000 moved from checking to be placed in reserve.
3. Accounts receivable: Fines issued to Unit 690 for failure to place screen/glass front door on entry currently at $1,150.00. Letters have been mailed to owner from CMI on a monthly basis.
4. Cease and Desist letter issued to owner of Unit for operating short-term rental in violation of CC&R.
5. Board voted unanimously to increase HOA Fee by $5.00 per month.

5. Board voted to create violation fee schedule for violations. Schedule will be as follows: 1st offense-Warning
2nd offense-$50
3rd offense-$100
4th offense-$150
5th offense-$200

LANDSCAPING:
Concerns that were raised:
Two trees planted and will need to be watered.
Backflow Preventers
Pet Station-Bags provided for pet waste stations.
Rain Gutter Reparations Discussed.
Garage numbers to be ordered from Sugarhouse Banner for approximately $300.

ROOFS & SIDING:
Comwest scheduled for repairs to unit belonging to Ashley Rooks
ARCHITECTURE:
Company will be coming to lift and repair concrete damage on property. No updates at this meeting.
WALKS & STREETS:
Trip hazards to be repaired on property. (see above)

Tuesday, January 14th, 6:00pm at TBD (Draper Libray or IHOP Restaurant.
