Village Town HOA: October 12, 2010 HOA Meeting Minutes (18:00)

Meeting called to order 18:20 (Present: Lyle, Todd, Corey, Josh, Ron, Peter, Kevin) by Josh (Paul and Greg from Community Management)

Minutes- Motion to approve by Ron (All in favor)

Financials

Receivables are still up

Seven units at the attorney for a lien

Current discussion is that next year's budget has no fee increase - Board needs to approve by next meeting.

The board decided that Unit 698 late fees will be waived if the owner goes on auto-pay. Owner is up to date on fees and fines.

Board Reports

Landscaping - Lyle

Shut down sprinklers this coming week

Roses coming back in.

Pruning within 3 weeks.

Painting - Other proposals

We are going to ask Frank at Renaissance to finish what is started but not do anything further

Sisal will do 32 back door casings hopefully before the winter stops the work.

(will still use Columbia paint)
